Wallingford, CT - May 4, 2012 – The Connecticut BBB Board of Directors has revoked the Better Business Bureau accreditation of Jon Kelley Roofing of Cheshire.

Specifically, the roofer failed to address all the issues raised by a complainant,  including failing to supply appropriate evidence and documents supporting the business’s position and explaining why any relief sought by the complainant cannot or should not be granted.

According to BBB Accreditation Standards, BBB may consider a business’ willingness to participate in recommended dispute resolution options in determining compliance with BBB Standards for Trust.

Consumers can choose from more than 4,000 Connecticut Businesses that are committed to uphold these standards.
